The good news is that this does not affect how your vehicle drives or operates. It is limited to the infotainment display only.

What’s Happening

The issue began after a recent Volkswagen over-the-air software update.
Some infotainment systems may appear blank or unresponsive.
Volkswagen engineers are already working on a solution that will be delivered through another software update.

What You Can Expect

This is a software issue, similar to when a phone or computer update temporarily causes a glitch. Volkswagen is preparing another update that will correct the problem automatically. No visit to the dealership is needed at this time.

Because this issue will be resolved by Volkswagen directly, there is nothing our service department can repair or reset right now. We know this is inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience while the update is being corrected.
