We bought a used vehicle from AshLeigh. She was great to work with from our initial conversation all the way through delivery. It was all done remotely, either via text, email, or phone call, and it was very convenient and easy. She even arranged for delivery of the vehicle to my location, which was several hours away. My wife and I were in the market for a car for a while, and were thinking of VW for some time. My mother had just bought a car from Everett VW in Rogers and raved about how pleasent the experience was. Josh (our salesman) certainly lived up to that. He was pleasent to work with, helped us through a few hickups, and ultimately got us into the car that we wanted. We traded in our old family Subaru, which was painless - and even took care of an oversight (chipped windshield on the lot) with expediency and professionalism. I’ve purchased two VW Atlas vehicles from them over the last 6 months. First was a full sized 2019 CPO SEL, which was great, but I really wanted the Cross Sport version later. Went in to look at the new SEL Premium Cross Sport at 6 on a Friday night. Was driving away with it just after 7. They did a great job both times. Didn’t waste my time in the finance department like a lot of dealerships. I’ve worked with Sydney both times. She did a great job!

This was my first time buying a car and I was nervous. Chip was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions! He was very patient with us and never rushed us. I found AshLeigh Stagner through a mutual friend and right from the beginning she listened to me and answered a lot of questions I had about the Atlas. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. When I met with her, you could tell she loves her job! She was very informative and positive through the transaction while also juggling other customers. While finishing up my paperwork, the rest of the staff at Everett were very friendly and helpful as well!
