I had a lovely time getting my brand new 2024 Taos SE at Everett. Highly recommend them. Josh was an excellent salesperson and September took care of everything we needed in terms of paperwork and getting to know how things work here.

I love how you arrive and September makes you smile and how Gregory Reid is fantastic in the service and all about all details he gave and how he explained everything!!

Vasko was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. September was really helpful explaining the paperwork and the maintenance. Both kind and well trained.

We drove up to NWA this weekend with the hopes of buying a new car (VW Atlas) and thanks to Josh Leaton we were successful. He listened to all of our questions and concerns and was detailed and knowledgeable about the features of the car. Shopping for a car is not an easy feat but shopping with an almost 3 year old makes it even more fun/intense. But Josh and the rest of the Everett VW team were kind and patient with us while we tried to shop and entertain our son. Kyle in finance even let him “sign” a few extra “important” documents to help him feel included. Hopefully we won’t need to go car shopping again for a while but we’ll definitely be back when it’s time. And extra thanks to Kevin for the 3 donuts our toddler enjoyed.

I bought a new Atlas Cross Sport a couple of weeks ago. Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and helpful. It has been a while since I have seen customer service at this level. They are great. Ask for Vasko or Chase!

I have not yet had the pleasure to come in, in person. However, today, I spoke with Anthony in the service center, and he was amazing in answering all of my questions clearly.

We’ve been part of the Everett Family for years from Ford, Chevy to Infiniti. This year I wanted to try a Volkswagen. Adam Bertrand at Everett Ford connected us with Kevin Wilson from Everett VW in Rogers and they both went above and beyond to meet our needs. Starting with meeting my husband in a different state who is an OTR trucker and never home to get paperwork signed to delivering my vehicle to my driveway 4 hours away! This took a huge burden off of me trying to figure out travel plans with my disabled son. We’re forever grateful! If you’ve never experienced “the Everett difference” here is your sign! 10/10 recommend!

We came in to look. We were greeted warmly and friendly. Ashleigh greeted us. She listened to what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Needless to say we ended up buying. The process was quick and efficient. We returned to pickup our paperwork and September greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. The dealership is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The purchase was quick and easy. Best dealership experience we have ever had. When we pulled up Vasko Lilov was there to greet us. He gladly got keys to multiple vehicles that we were interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the features and was very patient working with us. Once inside we worked with Vasko and Kevin Wilson (the executive manager) and they made the deal quickly and very low pressure. In the end we were able to drive away in a 2024 VW Atlas. Entire process, once we chose the car took less than an hour. Great people to work with! a week after making the purchase we got a phone call from September Plattsmier telling us that our title paperwork was ready to pick up. She explained everything perfectly and even offered to walk us through the registration process with the state if we needed her to. Everyone at this dealership made this a calm and efficient process that we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Everett to all of our family and friends in NWA.
