I’ve been to the service center at this Everett location at least a dozen times. Russell the service manager is professional and always takes good care of us. Hands down best Volkswagen service center in NWA.
Great service and attention to detail! I went in to see if they could fix a small leak in one of my tires. Not only did they fix the tire, but they also fixed my rear view mirror… free of charge! The mirror was loose and had been an inconvenience for months, it just wasn’t my top priority. They fixed the mirror without me asking and I couldn’t be more pleased. The guys at the service desk are top notch!

Great staff at this dealership! They went above and beyond for me. On a day that the network was down, the Everett Service Manager Anthony, and their then Porter, Matti (who has since been promoted to a Service Advisor), in conjunction with the shop, were gracious enough to coordinate an oil change despite the computers being offline. After multiple bad experiences there and having to travel back to KC for even basic maintenance, finding Everett has been a game-changer. The team is kind, efficient, and completely transparent about their services. When my car needed an unexpected major repair, they even provided a free rental—something I truly appreciated. Russell is my go-to guy, and I’m incredibly grateful for this service team!

We bought a used vehicle from AshLeigh. She was great to work with from our initial conversation all the way through delivery. It was all done remotely, either via text, email, or phone call, and it was very convenient and easy. She even arranged for delivery of the vehicle to my location, which was several hours away. I’ve purchased two VW Atlas vehicles from them over the last 6 months. First was a full sized 2019 CPO SEL, which was great, but I really wanted the Cross Sport version later. Went in to look at the new SEL Premium Cross Sport at 6 on a Friday night. Was driving away with it just after 7. They did a great job both times. Didn’t waste my time in the finance department like a lot of dealerships. I’ve worked with Sydney both times. She did a great job!

I found AshLeigh Stagner through a mutual friend and right from the beginning she listened to me and answered a lot of questions I had about the Atlas. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. When I met with her, you could tell she loves her job! She was very informative and positive through the transaction while also juggling other customers. We came to an agreement pretty quickly compared to many car purchases in the past. They were able to be flexible and gave me floor mats that didn’t come with the car per sticker… so FYI be sure and check.. as that’s weird to me, but discuss it upfront would be better.
